"Addie has been AMAZING to work with! She is kind, patient, friendly, warm and has been so patient in answering all of my questions. A few minutes prior to calling Addie at State Farm, I spoke with someone at another local insurance company. That person was rude, condescending about some of my questions, abrupt and just did not act as though my business was that important to her. She said she would get back to with me a quote. But after talking with Addie at State Farm, I decided that even if their quote was less than State Farm's, I would not hire them as my insurance company. That person I spoke with lost a client for her company. Addie got a quote to me within the hour and efficiently worked with my mortgage company to close the mortgage on my new home with the homeowner's insurance information. I will be closing on a home in a few weeks and have procrastinated about finding homeowner's insurance. The process of talking to insurance agents to me feels like talking to a used car salesman. I hate the process and it is quite stressful for me! But, Addie gets all the accolades and kudos I can possibly extend!!!!! She is truly an asset to State Farm....and the very reason I have chosen to use them for both my homeowner's and car insurance!
