🎀 SPECIAL OFFICE CLOSURE – OCTOBER 1 Our office will be closed from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM while our team attends the Decatur Morgan Hospital Foundation Power of Pink Luncheon. We are proud sponsors of this wonderful event and are honored to support an organization making a difference in our community.

🚨 Attention Customers – Driver Information Update We are continuing to update driver information for households. If you’ve received a call, text, or email from our office regarding drivers, please get back with us as soon as possible. Keeping household and driver information accurate helps us make sure your policies stay up to date.

💵 IMPORTANT OFFICE CHANGE – Effective November 1, 2026, Beginning November 1, 2026, we will have a new change policy for customers paying their bills with cash.

If you are making a cash payment, please bring an amount as close to the exact amount due as possible. Our office will not be able to provide more than $20 in change for any transaction.

Please plan accordingly when making cash payments at our office. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Auto Insurance 🚗 Fall means football games, weekend trips, school activities, and increased deer activity on Alabama roads. Stay alert—especially around dawn and dusk. If you’ve added a vehicle, have a new driver in your household, or have experienced other recent changes, give us a call so we can review your policy.

Home Insurance 🏠 October is a great time to prepare your home for cooler weather. Clean gutters, check your heating system, disconnect outdoor hoses, and look for tree limbs that could cause problems during fall storms. If you’ve completed renovations, additions, or other major improvements this year, let us know so we can review your coverage.

Life Insurance ❤️ Life changes can also change your insurance needs. Marriage, a new baby, buying a home, changing jobs, or changes in your financial responsibilities are all good reasons to review your life insurance. If it has been a while since your last review, our team would be happy to help.

On Fire (Quick Tip!) 🔥 Getting ready for Halloween visitors? Check your walkways, steps, and outdoor lighting before trick-or-treaters arrive. Clear away anything that could become a trip hazard and make sure entrances are well lit. A few simple precautions can help everyone have a safer Halloween night!

Renters Insurance 🏡 If you rent a house or apartment, remember that your landlord’s insurance generally protects the building—not everything you own inside it.
